W.A. Wetzel Family ~ A Definition
Our ‘branch’ of the overall Wetzel Family Tree, we refer to as the “Wetzel Family”. But what do we mean by that exactly? Well, let me, if I may, try to define that. The Wetzels; our clan* at least, is a group of descendants of W.A. Wetzel. Whether by marriage, or ‘blood born’ we are ‘Wetzels’. Once one becomes a Wetzel (whether born into, married into, or honorary) you are a Wetzel for life. Something like the U.S. Marine Corps. “Once a Marine, always a Marine!” Semper Fidelis! .
